Inside Man is a follow up to the band’s debut album Spy Lounge. Featuring a full horn section, percussion and more vocal numbers the band really defines their sound on this release. Inside Man is a hard hitting set of roots based tunes inspired by old time jump blues, latin jazz and swing with a modern twist. The album has a film noir soundtrack vibe as well. One reviewer likened it to “Stevie Ray Vaughan & Santana Watching Pulp Fiction”. This album mixes a great pool of influences from swampy dirges to uptempo swingin’ grooves and has a little something for everyone.
